Daily Challenges: How it Works

Welcome to Daily Challenges! Complete daily tasks in PuzzlePlay app to earn rewards. Here's everything you need to know.

What Are Challenges?

Daily challenges are a set of tasks that reward you for playing games. Each day, you'll see tasks like "Complete 20 levels" or "Hit a score of 5,000" in PuzzlePlay app.  Complete all the tasks in your daily set within the time limit to unlock bonus rewards.

Your Daily Challenge Set

On a scheduled basis, a fresh set of challenges appears. Depending on the day's configuration, you'll see between 4 to 10 tasks. Don't worry, the time to complete is adjusted accordingly.

Each challenge shows:

     a. The task description (e.g., "Complete 20 levels")

     b. Your progress (e.g., "12/20 levels completed")

     c. A game link to jump right into the action

If you are not able to see any challenges, please contact our support team!

Starting Your Challenges Session

Step 1: Tap "Start"

Before you begin, tap the Start button. This is important, we only track your progress after you tap Start. Tapping Start begins your session and activates the timer.

Step 2: Complete Your Tasks

Play through each game and complete its task. Challenge tasks will not be limited to already installed games. 

1. Tap a challenge tile to launch the game or install the game through Google Play store. 

2. Play and complete the task (e.g., finish 20 levels).

3. Return to see your progress update in real time.

Step 3: Watch the Timer

You'll have 3 to 5 hours from when you tap Start to complete all tasks.

Important: The countdown timer to complete the tasks may change based on the challenge expiry time. For example, if the challenge expires at midnight and you click "Start" on the challenge at 10:00 PM, you will only have 2 hours to complete it. Whereas if you started the same challenge at 10:00 AM, you would have the intended 5 hours to complete the challenge.

Claiming Your Rewards

Gameplay Coin Rewards

Even while participating in the Daily Challenges tasks, you will still keep earning  coins for your overall gameplay during your session, whether or not you complete the full set. These coins will convert through the standard 4-hour conversion flow and appear automatically in your rewards ledger.

Bonus Rewards

Complete all tasks before the timer runs out and you unlock a bonus on top of your baseline. Paid out directly in cash!

How to Claim

Once you finish all tasks:

1. Tap the Claim Rewards button on your screen

2. Your reward bonus is collected instantly

3. Your total earnings appear into your overall balance right away

Heads up #1: If you don't finish all tasks in the challenge in time, you keep your baseline rewards but forfeit the bonus.

Heads up #2: You have 24 hours from the point of completing your Daily Challenge to claim your bonus before it expires. A new set of challenges won't appear until you claim your bonus. So don't forget to come back!

Daily Reset

Every day on a scheduled basis, your challenge set refreshes. Incomplete challenges disappear and a brand new set appears. The only exception: if you haven't claimed your reward yet and your 24-hour grace period is still active, the daily reset is held until you do.

Tip: Plan ahead! If you're close to midnight, make sure you have enough time to finish or claim your current session's rewards.

Important Reminders

✅ Tap Start first: Any gameplay before tapping Start button within the Daily Challenge screen doesn't count toward your progress in the corresponding Daily challenge task.

✅ Finish within the timer: You have 3 to 5 hours from Start depending on the task list (remember timer will reset at a set time).

✅ Complete all tasks in the challenge: The bonus only unlocks when you complete all tasks.

✅ Claim within 24 hours: Rewards expire and a new set won't appear until you claim your reward from the previous challenge.

❌ Don't abandon games: Exiting a game without completing a task won't count toward your progress in the challenge.
